New Teachers

As a new educator at Cartwright School District, you will be given the tools and mentorship to be successful. From our New Teacher Academy to on-site and district-wide mentoring, you will have a community of people behind you every step of the way.

Experienced Teachers

We warmly welcome experienced teachers to join the Cartwright family. In our District, you will have the autonomy to manage your classroom, instructional supports to ensure your students thrive no matter their circumstance, and development opportunities to keep you flourishing.

Transition to Teaching

If you have a Bachelor's degree and are looking for a career where you have a direct impact in your community, we encourage you to explore our pathway to teaching certification option. In just two years, you could earn your teaching certification with some funding support, along with gaining in-classroom experience.
